Dec 10, 2005. Alabama State Cyclocross Championship, Team Cycle Escape's Jeff Dorminey took the Bronze Medal in the Master's 45+ class. Congratulations Jeff. Big Congratulations to Dave Hiott! Dave placed 2nd overall in the series in the "C" Class in this year's Georgia Cyclocross. Those of us from the Cycle Escape Team were cheering for him and we enjoyed his friendship at all the races. Posted by Picasa

Dec 4th, the last race in the Georgia Cyclocross Series. Dec 3rd was the state championship and Dec 4th race was the series finale in Monroe GA. Jeff Dorminey was the sole Cycle Escape rider, placing 8th in the Master's 45+ race. On the Sunday series finale Jeff and Carl Viars made the trip. In the series Team Cycle Escape finished 20th out of 49 teams that entered. Jeff completed 7 of the 10 races finishing 8th overall in the master's 45+--well done! Carl Viars completed 6 of the 10 races finishing 14th in the "C" class. Cris Crisler raced in 3 of the series and Ed Hamilton raced in 2 of the series. Posted by Picasa

Just in...Todd Hanning leading the pack at the Maxxis Cup #8 Criterium race in La Grange GA, Sep 17-18. As Todd said this was his "Moment of glory as leader for a lap." Todd finished 11th.  Posted by Picasa

Covington Ga was the location for Race # 5 in the GA Cyclocross Series. It was in the 40s with a stiff wind at times. Cycle Escape is holding at 20th in the team points of 50 teams entered. In the series standing Jeff Dorminey is 9th in the Masters +45 and Carl Viars is 10th in the "C" class. We need more riders! Posted by Picasa
