10/23: Big thanks to Sid at Cycle Escape for putting together a super fine cyclocross bike--Giant TCX. At the Macon race I noticed a number of TCXs. Sid did a real tight job of of assembly, cool new FSA crank set, and a first class job of running the cables. Thanks Sid! Posted by Picasa
October 23, 2005 GA Cyclocross at Macon GA. Jeff Dorminey, Ed Hamilton, Cris Crisler, and me (Carl Viars) made the trip. We met up with David Hiott. Today was not a real good day for us. Jeff had a flat, but was able to swap a wheel to finish. Ed had a flat and didn't have a spare wheel--that will teach him to ride Campy. Cris and myself were not in good form today and suffered to say the least. Dave also flatted, but was able to swap the wheel. Posted by Picasa
