Team,
Jeff Dorminey, Tom Risher, and Carl Viars did the Polar Bear 5K Race over in Prattville today (12 Feb 05/Sat). We noticed a lot of runners and very few cyclist. If the tri-geeks were there they didn't get noticed by us...we just didn't noticed anyone running in speedos.
Tom Risher placed 1st in the 50-55 (first attemp as a 50 year old)
Jeff Dorminey placed 3rd in the 45-49
leaving me in 4th place again.
we still managed a 2+ hour ride later...
